Concentrated tomato

This product is made from fresh, ripe tomatoes. Prepared through a 0.8 mm sieve to extract skins and seeds. The tomato juice thus obtained is subjected to evaporation under vacuum to a concentration of 28-30ºBrix.


Ingredients:Tomato concentrate (99.9%) and acidity regulator: citric acid.
